Hatha Habits was my first IG Yoga Challenge and the positivity and encouragement has introduced me to an new online community.
Below is my journey Day 2 through to Day 8.
Some I had practiced recently, others I'd not tried.
I love stretching in the Warrior 1 Pose - Strengthen the mind.
Tiger Pose and Three Legged Downward Dog Pose - I'm adding to my daily routine as I'd like to improve my flexibility in these poses.

DAY 8 ~ Chair Pose

DAY 7 ~ Half Moon Pose
✨ I found this yoga pose difficult, though the longer I practiced it the more I relaxed in to the stretch and my balance improved. More research & practice...

DAY 6 ~ Warrior 1 Pose
✨ Enjoying the hip stretch with this yoga pose.

DAY 5 ~ Side Plank Pose

DAY 4 ~ High Plank Pose
✨ I feel comfortable with this yoga pose

DAY 3 ~ Three Legged Downward Dog Pose
✨ This one definitely needs some practice to stretch & improve my flexibility.
